From the first phone call, Lauren was great to work with and helped schedule the home inspections when convenient for us.  Richard was a fantastic inspector and was willing to explain and answer all the questions we had on the day of the inspection.  He was willing to follow up with any further questions as well and really had our interests in mind.  The inspection report was sent within two days of the inspection and included all the details and photos.  The inspection was thorough and captured everything we needed.  We used there inspection service multiple times and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

My first time buying a home, and during my home inspection with Richard, he went through every inch of the home, explaining EVERYTHING! Sellers wanted to move quickly, I was going on vacation and of course the lights and water was out in Westchester.  Lauren in the office kept in contact and was even helping me monitor the storm, in the end luck wasn’t on my side and the lights and water was still out on the day before my vacation, but Richard was still willing to work through the obstacles, do most of the inspection, which gave me peace of mind before I left.  While on vacation days later Richard was able to finish up the inspection.  Delivered a detailed, easy to read report with photos days later.  Richard was available after for all my questions and concerns.  Thank You NYFHI the dedication and professionalism made this process an easy one!
